Had a mostly-phenomenal experience here. Line moved quick, food tasted good, and the staff was friendly. I went through the drive-thru, but I'm sure the 'dine-in' experience would've been just as good. Unfortunately, they had messed up one of the items on my order. Tried calling and they immediately started berating me for no reason. I get it, this location seemingly gets a lot of 'trolls', but there has to be a way to filter out the genuine callers from the pranksters. Maybe they should put a girl on?

Ordered from Uber Eats. Excellent service. Very good food and nearly packed. Bag was tamper sealed with a sticker and closed so people couldn’t access the food. Tasty grilled cheese burrito, excellent grilled technique and cheese was properly melted, with a neatly made cheesy potato. You could tell the people actually took the time to make it well and put care into how they assembled and packed everything. Great job! 👍

Went to the location on Oberlin ave service was horrible beside the guy that brought us our food or at least half our order, the drive thru lady desire w , wouldn't even let me wife finish making sure the order was right because I am picky but everything seemed right besides the 3 cheese on my quesadilla but I wasn't worried about extra cheese but when they have forgot our cinnamon buns delights we pulled back in drive thru and everything seemed okay until we got to the window and she basically threw the bag at my wife ! I will be calling corporate!!!! P.s. when I got home my whole quesad

Only about a 50/50 chance that they're actually open for breakfast. Today I was there from 8:30 and left at 8:42 when it was obvious nobody was working. There were 2 employees trying to get the attention of somebone who was inside to unlock the door for them, as they were locked out. There are always 1 to 3 vehicles there in the morning. They just don't actually start operating until later. Just don't plan on being able to get anything during breakfast hours here.
