Right next to the Starbucks I had passed it by many times. I finally decided to try it. Ordered my food at the counter and found a nice table outdoors. Food was served at my table and was perfect. I very nice presentation and the flavor was excellent. Pricing was fair - it is downtown Los Altos but it was a good value for the money. Outside was clean and the traffic going by was entertaining but not distracting. Interior seating was well planned but this day the weather was so nice I couldn't seat inside. Went to Café Nur in Los Altos on a Sunday for brunch. It wasn’t busy at all, so we got a table right away. The server was very nice, warm, and kind, truly made it a genuine Turkish experience. We ordered the Nur omelette and the Iskender (Alexander) kebab, along with Turkish coffee. The Iskender kebab was absolutely delicious. At the end, the server even brought us Turkish tea without us asking, which was such a thoughtful touch. A lovely spot for authentic Turkish cuisine with excellent service, we’ll definitely be coming back!
