I was assisted immediately. The host sat me down with the menu even though I stated from the beginning that I wanted the AYCE (all you can eat) special. After being seated, I was wholly ignored. I waited 15 minutes before I gave up. The restroom was dirty and completely out of soap. I assume the employees only rinse their hands with water since they don’t have any soap in the men’s restroom. Luckily I did not have to pay for parking because the machine does not accept AMEX. I left without being served. Completely horrible experience. Told to wait 20 minutes for a table,and that became 45. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Even the security guy was more worried about the costumers than the staff. If I could leave no stars?.. I would do it. Worst “first” visit to this place. Obviously never coming back.
