I had a great experience at Chipotle in Los Banos! The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was fast even during a busy time. The staff was friendly and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. A special shout-out to Mychaela, the general manager, who clearly runs the place very well. I recently had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle. The food quality was far below what I expect from this restaurant. My meal didn’t taste fresh, and the ingredients seemed poorly prepared. The most alarming issue was that I actually found a small metal screw in my food. This is a serious safety concern and completely unacceptable for any restaurant. Unfortunately, I had placed my order through the drive-through, so I wasn’t able to immediately go back inside and inform the staff at the time. Because of that, I submitted a complaint through Chipotle’s website to report the issue. O

My wife likes it ,but I think it's white washed and a couple times I went they were out of meat and the wait was 20 minutes. I wouldnt come here it's not for me but I do once in a great while for my wife .

Walked in establishment around 5:50pm to 6:10pm 11/06/2025. I smiled and mentioned I had a pick up. The employee went to get order, mugged me completely with an attitude like if he didn’t want to be there at work. Apparently all 5 employees were chatting instead of doing their duties . According to my wife, she saw them making gestures and mocking me through the window!
