Horrible night crew drive through employees . Honestly what’s the point of getting a job working customer service if you’re gonna be snappy at people who are speaking to you completely fine. Also got my order wrong and honestly didn’t have the energy to go talk to such a draining person. She should be hid in the back stocking or something away from people. Truly ruined what was a fun night .

I spent almost 20 bucks and this is what I got. It wasn’t even warm or no flavor at all. It was straight cold and my soda was flat as well. This is straight lazy work. I would never go to jack in the box again

UPDATED: I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I recently decided to give Jack another chance, and out of the 3 times I’ve visited my food was a lot fresher than previous visits. I’ve noticed the times that I visit the manager (older gentleman) is usually on the shift so that could be why, but I’m not complaining lol. It’s definitely more pricey now but I use the app for discounts. As many times as I’ve ordered, I think there’s only been 2-3 times the food was actually warm and not hard and cold. This place is actually really good and it has really good food. Most of it doesn't even taste frozen. They have great service and they are open 24 hours and a drive-thru! What more do you want? They have the one soda machine that has all of the soda flavors! It is in a great convenient location and it's also next to a Starbucks!
