Diane provided awful service to me intentionally then said that there was a line of cars behind me when there was ONE single black car so that's why she was rude. Showed little care for her work and "accidentally" dropped the food into my car while completely ignoring my cup holder I was holding to hold a customer's drinks. Felt extremely malicious and I'm not one to expect much either. She literally dangled the food into my window like I'm a nuisance while I was still trying to get the order ready to deliver. She was extremely nice to cars in front of me, but clearly to her I don't deserve k

heavyset brunette man that works the window needs to be fired. not sure what it is but everytime i come here and he is working the window something is wrong. either my food is cold or the fries are overcooked or my order is just completely wrong. he also has the worst attitude, i say hello he doesn’t respond with anything more than my order total, i say thank you he shuts the window mid word. just absolutely no basic manners or respect. he obviously hates his job, it’s time for him to go!
