We've now visited The Mill House in Lufkin twice, and both experiences were excellent! On our first visit, the service was outstanding--our server was incredibly attentive, polite, and made us feel welcome right away. The restaurant itself is beautiful and very clean. We actually felt a little underdressed when we walked in, but they treated us like we fit right in, even though we showed up in sweats. We had a lovely experience here! Our server was so attentive and helpful with dietary restrictions! We sat in the cutest “U” shaped booth. I sat in a way where I could peek into the kitchen and it looked very clean. My steak salad was good, the meat cooked well and my husband really liked his club sandwich. The cocktail list was super unique and we both really liked our drinks. Well balanced and smooth. Yummy! Will go again when in town!
