I could go on and one about the terrible service at this specific location but i'm here to complain about the complete lack of exiting customer service, I tried calling 6 times at 11pm and got absolutely no answer So far I've tried ordering the chocolate shake twice, the first time it never even came with my order and the second time I got a strawberry? Shake I'm not sure what it is all I know is it was a pink shake. Ive also tried ordering the FIFA meal and did not get a cup

Very upset this Mc Donald’s was horrible this is not what I wanted or ordered called no one picked up the phone not happy or satisfied please do better my fries was cold as hell

On July 24, 2025, at approximately 7:30 pm, I visited McDonald's located at 1207 45th St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, and purchased a Happy Meal for myself. When I opened the box and took the food outside, I noticed a pill on the fries, which concerned me. I returned to the store and informed the Manager about the situation. The Manager said that I can get my money back, and they even provided an apology. I was concerned because I didn't know what that pill comes from, and it could be even dangerous if a kid eats this food with that pill inside. At the end of the conversation, the Manager said

Really bad service I came to pick up a Uber Eats order and the bag was on the window and nobody came to gave me the order I was the only one at the window , and the black women with red t shirt insulted me to say the truth on his face
