I order a meal and It wasn't the happy meal my kids wanted. The manager Citlaly ( i think thats her name sorry if its not) but the manager took care of me. She gave us the right meal. I am so great full to have great manager like her. She has a great attitude and awsome costumer service. I am so happy and satisfy how she was the one that helped me. I am glad she is manager. Thank you from now on it will be number 1 spot.

Food was great. Coffee was great. Tried the iced french vanilla coffee for the first time and loved it! But the service was slow and the customer service could have been a lot more friendly and welcoming. They were not that busy at all.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a hygiene issue I witnessed today at approximately 6:00 PM at this location. While waiting at the drive-thru window, I observed an employee handling my ice cream order in a highly unsanitary manner. The staff member placed a cone into a cup, removed it, and then placed it back in while multitasking at the front counter. Most concerningly, he continued to hold my open ice cream in one hand while using the other to operate the cash register, handle receipts, and serve another customer. Honestly I do not like doing bad reviews but this location has had issues for a long time. They are always slow and backed up with orders I cannot speak on which managers but I know That a few in the past have been very rude to say the least . I try to avoid ever going to this location if possible.
