I love chipotle and I’ve been to hundreds of different locations and never seen one like this from the size of the store inside to The way that they put the ingredients in the bowl like where they were just throwing them in there and barely putting any ingredients. The Veggies were not even the standard veggies. There was no option for sour cream at all on the prep table. I did not feel appreciated as a customer and then when we paid $10 for chips and queso, they barely filled it up, and I brought somebody there as a guest that doesn’t go to chipotle often and so for her she thought that that

We tried to use our app to order so we could accumulate points. It was not working at the McHenry location. They said they were updating their system and it was down for a while. I told who appeared to be in charge that there was a promo on the app that gave you a free drink with a $5 purchase. I asked if I could get that being the app was down and she said she was not authorized to make that decision. She can’t make a decision with a cost of ten cents? That’s worth a one star review and the fact that we won’t go back there? How can you not empower your team to take care of a customer especial

My girlfriend ordered a burrito bowl at around 9:45pm at night, she came home to eat her food, only to discover a little screw and a piece of metal in her bowl. Never in my experience eating at Chipotle would I ever expect to find something like this. I am beyond livid and someone needs to be held responsible for this!

Basically had someone stare at me for 5 mins before they asked how they could help me. Then i must have gotten the leftovers from the lunch rush as the chicken was super dry and tasted like it was sittin for awhile. Wife had barbacoa as well and she said it was really fatty. Normally this place smacks pretty good. But lately its been on and off. Still will go back tho.
