I love this taco bell food always fire but today the manager went above and beyond! I was having a long day little did he know. I ordered at the wrong place 🤦 and asked if there was anyway to reverse it. There wasn't really unless I did it in the app so he just made me my food! I appreciate this man more than you know! Thank you for your big heart will literally drive 20 mins just to go to this specific location!

I was honestly surprised that this Taco Bell in McKinney actually got our order correct — which almost never happens at any Taco Bell, so that was a big win. The food was good and exactly what we ordered. The reason for the 4 stars is because we ate inside and it was pretty dirty. It looked like homeless people had been eating there and left food and trash all over the tables and seats. I know that’s not entirely the staff’s fault, but it’s still not something I enjoy seeing while trying to eat. It was kind of gross. Went thur the drive thur tonight on my way to work. Horrible by the time I made it up to the window, my order was mess up. The person at the drive thur ask could I pull up and wait about 15 min I told him that I could not that i was on my way to work. Then he stated that he told whoever was making the food to go ahead and make my order, I only order two tacos. My taco look like mess. Totally unacceptable. No way should this been giving to anyone. Now I see why the lady in the front of me was taking so long. Would not recommend this taco bell location to anyone. Taco bell should be ashamed of

If you’re in a hurry, I don’t recommend this location. I waited 30 minutes for a simple order (2 items), and it felt like no one was in control. Very poor service and no organization.
