I’ve been to this McDonald’s in McLean two days in a row, and both times the experience was terrible. The biggest issue is the customer service—specifically the manager, Jose. I asked for a water cup and was given a tiny ice cup instead, which made no sense. When I questioned it, he responded with a smart attitude. I then asked if he was the manager, and he said yes, which honestly made the situation even worse. When I told him the customer service was bad, he just said “thank you” with a smirk. The guy taking orders and payment at the drive thru has excellent customer service. He is kind and exudes good energy. I wish I got his name for this review but in any case he makes this location great.

I come here pretty regularly, but unfortunately the service has been consistently disappointing. On two separate visits (which happened actually in a row), my friends and I had our order messed up. Once to the point where we were charged for someone else’s much more expensive order (we did receive their food). Another time, our hot chocolate was extremely milky and poorly made. Most recently, I ordered a cookie tote with friends. While I expected a fairly short wait, but still a wait, since the cookies need to be warmed/flash-baked, we ended up waiting about 30 minutes after being parked and

We stopped at this McDonald's a couple times a week in the morning and hit the drive-thru. The service is always quick, we've never had a problem with our order, and the staff are very very friendly. As far as McDonald's Drive-In goes this one is top-notch.
