I want to apologize for my expression first I just did a shift from 4pm to 3am and btw the guy in the first window was amazing he is the best but as per the pictures I have to give you all a 0 since is not the first time it happens ASKED FOR A MOTHER EFIN DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER ONLY KETCHUP AND THEY PUT A BUNCH OF ONIONS IN BETWEEN THE MEETS I HATE MCDONALD ONIONS AND I WAS SUPER SPECIFIC THIS IS THE 4th TIME IT HAPPENS LIKE WHAT IN THE HELL AND IT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING IN ALL McDonald’s GET A GOD DAMN GRIP PLEASE GET TOUR DISTRICT MANAGER HERE IN THE ORLANDO AND KISSIMMEE AREA AND DO SOMETHING

Placed a curbside pickup order and everything seemed okay except for my caramel macchiato. I get them all the time, so I know what they look and taste like, but this time it was literally just... milk? There was no espresso in there at all. So I went inside to ask if they could remake it or something because I wasn't planning on drinking just plain milk this morning with my break, and was left standing there for like 10 minutes just waiting for someone to assist me. I even tried to get the attention of one of the managers there who was just kinda standing by the pickup rack (big lady, lightene

As well disappointing they never check the bag and don’t care about giving people the wrong food Rose the manager and the other Colombian older lady manager are the absolute worst and the reason this keeps happening. Asked for no onions they gave me extra onions tomato lettuce and everything else I didn’t ask for and then you call the store and they want to argue with you over their own mistakes.

I am so sick and tired of this place. They get every single order wrong, that's the only thing consistent about them. If you order from their app or another delivery app, they will ignore the order and give you what they feel like. It's not that hard to read and understand.
