Food was great, however there was a brunette female worker with a yellow vest who was audibly talking about customers in a rude manner. None of the workers even gave us a "my pleasure", we did order breakfast near the last minute, but I don't believe this warranted this kind of behavior. Probably wouldn't go to this location again.

All Chick Fil A locations are too busy for my liking and the parking lots and store fronts too small. But the food is usually very good. This location was very busy like all the others but the service was fast and the food hot.

My family and I stopped in and ordered two cookies and one milkshake as a quick grab to snack on during our road trip. After nearly a 15 minute wait, I requested a refund. Instead of honoring the refund, the employee (I won't mention her name) retrieved the order that had been waiting on the counter and gave it to me. ....I am now stuck with a $5 cup of melted ice-cream = milk ☹️ I am very dissatisfied! Instead of allowing me to speak (request a remake), she unapologetically stated the order girl gets backed up...which I understand, but who waits nearly 15mins before passing out ice cream? ...

You are travelling and you see Chick-Fil-A and think, YES, some reliable good food and good service and good experience – and if you go to the Mechanicsville Chick-Fil-A, you are right about all of those things. Service was great. The chicken we got was tasty. Even though we went at the height of rush-hour, the staff was efficient and friendly and the indoor dining was clean. This location has a kid’s play area too.
