Not sure what is going on but the person taking payment was on a personal phone call. Window 2 gave us part of the order and asked us to park. Next lady comes out getting on my daughter case about how she should have been at window #3. Service and atmosphere is beyond comprehension. Retake your service with a smile class.

The worst McDonald's i have ever been to. The floor was nasty to the point my shoes where sticking to the ground. The workers where yelling at each other ( talking nasty to and about each other) We was in the drive thur with half our order taken when the employee decided she was going on lunch. So we went in and thats when crap 💩 hit the fan We was not waited on so we used the kiosk to get our food order, then waited 45 minutes for cold food and no ice for our drinks. I HATE TO SAY IT BUT THIS STORE NEED SHUT DOWN FAST.

I went through the drive through and got an egg McMuffin. Upsold me on one of the new refresher drinks. I tried the mango, it was surprisingly great. It has little boba that are kind of sour which is a nice contrast with the drink. Very nice server at the window. You can't really go wrong with a breakfast sandwich. That location has breakfast until 11 am.

I ordered the big Mac meal, the lady asks what size, I said just small as they always try to upsell and I just wanted it as it. So instead of selling me the meal I asked for she charged me for small fries, small drink and the big Mac, which is more expensive than the meal. When I said I didn't want it that way there was total attitude about it from her and her manager. Sorry I did not order a small fry small drink and a bigmac I ordered the meal, at the least someone should clarify before changing my order and getting mad at me for not wanting to pay more for less.
