Terrible food and worse service. I was told I couldn't order at the drive thru.... went inside and waited 5+ minutes to place order.... ordered the bucket of the day and employee told me that wasn't available today. When I showed employee the window sticker I was asked "so you want blah blah blah?" , re expressed that I am ordering your bucket of the day and a large mashed potatoes and gravy... employee asked "do you want small or large mashed potatoes n gravy?" So I clearly and slowly stated: I will have your bucket of the day and a large mashed potatoes and gravy..... two items 18 minutes af

Food is probably great but never get the chance to try it . Probably 3 times over the last few months I come there go to drive thou the person say be with soon . Well they may one day take my order but yet to get luck but so far that’s not happened. I think that when I was a kid and I go to kfc with my dad there could be 6 people there to order and waited no time at all. Now there can be one person ahead of you snd u wait for ever sad if I may say thank u

I ordered the 5-piece meal online, and when I went inside to pick it up, they weren't expecting me to check my bag before leaving, which I always do. I checked my order and first noticed a biscuit was missing, so I told the guy. Then it hit me that they only gave me 3 pieces of chicken, so I brought that up too. A female employee, not sure her title, rudely said, "Oh, they just gave you the wrong order, that's all." But they didn't give me the wrong order because they never took that order from me. They just gave me my missing biscuit and 2 missing pieces of chicken, plus an extra piece. From

Are you kidding me? Pulled up to the drive thru, employee was sitting outside on the curb playing on his phone and smoking a blunt, took our order then was so rude like we interrupted him. Just shut down all of the KFC’s because they are the worst Didn’t get 1/2 out order mad because we asked for sauce Thank goodness we didn’t get a drink it probably would’ve been thrown at us
