We stopped in at Apocalypse Coffee Roasters while visiting the Melbourne area, at the recommendation of a nearby shopkeeper and glad we did. We wanted to pick up some good mojo to try with our Sunrise Bread Company coffee cake muffins. They had an awesome variety of craft coffee to choose from. I came in at around 11am on a Monday morning. I had originally ordered online and was quoted a 45 minute wait however I got a notification 5 minutes later saying it was ready! When I got there, there was 0 parking so I ended up waiting for someone to come out so I could take their spot. This coffee shop was the best! One of our favorite parts of our trip to Melbourne. The vibes and atmosphere and decor are on point. It’s a beautiful and spacious location! Lots of room to sit and relax, read, work, or chat with friends while you drink your coffee. My husband and I got donuts that were delicious. He loved his coffee and I had an incredible banana matcha. Staff was so beyond friendly and welcoming and helpful! We bought some of their coffee to take home, and thankfully they were able to grind it for us which was a big help. Plenty of parking all around the building. Great merch
