Hell ‘n Blazes Brewing absolutely blew us away. We came in with a very large family group after my uncle’s funeral, and the staff handled everything flawlessly. Our servers worked incredibly hard, kept drinks coming, and were kind and attentive the whole time. The catered food was outstanding—wings, roast beef sliders, Asian meatballs, bruschetta, plus Carolina gold and buffalo sauces with big bowls of ranch and blue cheese so everyone could customize. Nice craft brewery in Historic Downtown Melbourne. Great location. The mainstay IPA is good but the seasonal Hunt for Hazy October and Orange Creamscicle were very good. We had our dog with us but the patio area is perfect for dogs. We were on a mission to find beer, not food but we got the pretzel which was good. Got a flatbread which was very good too. Took a 50 mile drive to try something new and we ended up here. It did not disappoint. We will definitely be back. Nick the bartender was amazing. He kept us entertained. The drinks and the food were delicious. Highly recommend the Poutine and the Bread Pudding. Both were to die for.

Hell and Blaze is a great local brewery in Melbourne with great beer selection and awesome food. We went on a Saturday afternoon server was very knowledgeable about brews and grub.
