The staff has great customer service, the lobby is clean, the prices are little high, but so is everywhere else. When I am in Melrose Park, I always try to visit this location in the morning, because that is when the best employees are working. There is one employee in the drive thru, I forgot her name. But she is awesome. I saw her make an an order when taking two orders at one. And the best part, she looked as if she was enjoying her job. Companies are always better whent he employees are happy doing there jobs.

I usually visit this location often in the mornings service is always good fast and food is fresh and hot & very good customer service. However this time I stopped by in the evening I went inside and the person taking my order was useless because they did not even hear my name or my order clearly. They kept repeating my order and the food ended up being cold fries and sandwich. Worst experience will not be stopping by at this location at night.
