I want to emphasize this was my first time ever eating at this place. Service in the drive thru seemed good enough. But, I open my bag… what do I find?? Refried old chicken, with the skin side torn and underneath soggy, Yucca fries so cold and old I literally thought they got them out the trash. Coleslaw that should have been rotated to the garbage, and a 3 dollar container of churros larger than 6 oz. I get home, discover this, and call the customer service number. They attempted to get me to return the food but guess yet again??? NO FRICKIN RECEIPT!!! So, please heed this warning. Steer clea

They took really good care of our big party. Super nice and fast service! The place is really cute. My bowl was really tasty! The chicken has really good flavor and yummy fries. I love the plates they serve the food on! Quite different for a fast food joint. Can't wait to come back!

Andrea is an excellent customer service representative. She was smart. I ordered for the first time a meal. They were happy and patient never been here before then I went around took a bite of my sandwich and realized wow how delicious this is let me add some ranch and I want and I asked her she gave me a sample of ranch and a sample of the sauce. I’m a customer for life. Her customer service reminded her reminded me of myself. I am very happy and I’m gonna tell everyone.

The food was great, even though it was 10 minutes until closing. Never had even heard of it until today, but glad I noticed it as I was driving through Melrose Park. The service was to be expected, going through the drive thru it took a few extra minutes, but was worth the slight wait. Prices were reasonable but the quality of the food was again, worth it. Just wish they'd have one a little further west so I wouldn't have to settle for the chicken with a P which is what's available here. That being said, I'm gonna have to come up with a good reason to tell the wife as to why I'm driving 20 min
