Sunday lunch and it wasn’t busy (which is great for us). The customer service was great. We waited a little bit for our food and the food was good. We ordered the World Famous Huey burger and the Deluxe Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Parking is expensive at the parking garage across the street. Con for being in downtown.

Great food! Service wasn’t the absolute best but soon as we sat down the one waiter got slammed, so i get it! Everyone loved the cheese fries. Their ranch is amazing. I have the bluff city burger, it was amazing also! Has the sweet potato waffle fries too and they were great! Good food for a good price! $80 fed my family of 5 so we were happy!

Had speculations after reading the reviews.It was less then a block from our hotel and first time in Memphis. Megan and Robyn rocked ! Food and service was amazing Security friendly.Highly recommend if your in the area. Negative reviews must simply be labeled as haters ?
