The kindest staff I have ever had at a peets and the cleanest Peets I have ever been to. The staff are kind and considerate. One particularly, Emi or Emilia she was so kind and should seriously get a raise. Impressed totally. Thank you for giving space in this rainy cold day to a stranger. 😁

This is the worst "matcha" I've had in my entire life. Starting because the cashier didn't even know the menu so I had to order a simple matcha. I don't know what was worse to see that the same cashier who didn't even know the menu prepared it or the taste of milk with a very distant touch of matcha for $8 It was almost the same as drinking flavored water. It had an essence but it tasted like NOTHING.

Usually fantastic. But Please do a better job keeping your staff and paying them enough. The long term baristas are great. The revolving door of new ones and under training is a mixed bag (sometimes they put too much milk in drinks)

Peets is just the best chain store coffee. Bold, perfect base for lattes, not mild to begin with like Starbucks and then tasting "watered down" after adding stuff.
