This place is embarrassing. Takes way too long to make the food, likely because employees are on their phones. On this visit, there were no napkins and the employee said they were out. Likewise no lettuce for the tacos. Steak quesadilla had very little steak in it. And when did Taco Bell become as much as Culver's? Also had to park far away from the door because at least 3 of closer spots held employee cars.

Probably the grossest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Customer service was terrible. I was an inconvenience to them. Mind you, it closes at 3 AM came at 10:25 PM, was told I had to place a to go order in the lobby or go in the drive through so it could suit their needs. The head manager was super rude, I asked for a medium lid and it was a major inconvenience for them. There was also pee on both seats of the bathroom. Gross conditions. Dirty dining room. Garbage on the floor, barely any sauces, trash in the other compartments where customers get silverware and napkins, gunk on that area, filthy,

Ordered $40 dollars of food. My chalupa was cold, burrito had no meat, and our quesadillas was cold with 2 pieces of chicken. You guys can’t really be that bad. Cmon.

I usually go to this location after work on the weekends and I receive decent food for a decent price. Today however, I went to this location, ordered on the kiosk and sat in the dining area. I was checked on by a staff member asking if I was waiting on an order to which I replied, “I am.” Turns out my food had already been packed up and was just sitting off to the side. I got my food and drink sat back down and took out everything from the bag. The first thing I noticed was that the “Doritos Locos Tacos” no longer come in their classic white holder that kept them crispier and unbroken. Honest
