I recently ordered a grilled cheese from this Panera Bread location and was really disappointed. The cheese was completely burnt, giving the sandwich a bitter taste and making it inedible. Not sure why they would think this is OK.

I haven’t been to a Panera in several years but my son wanted to try this mango lemonade drink. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they have a subscription for drinks that you can pay monthly. I had tried the Mediterranean sandwich as part of a catering event so I ordered that. I was happy to find out with a purchase I get a free desert as part of the sip club membership. To start off, the guy taking my order was rushing me that I had to quickly decide on something I never had. As I waited, everyone was leaning on the counter/workspace on their phones. My food was not properly packed because the bottom of my bag was soaked because they neglected to fully close the lid and leave my soup open and was pushed down by the sandwich and bread bowl and not fully closed. It leaked everywhere. When I got home to finally have my half a sandwich (and not the soup because it spilled all over the bag), the bread was so hard it was difficult to bite and literally hurt the roo

Worst location ever. I was doing a drive through pick up and I got the notification that my order was ready. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes in the drive through lane because the car in front of me had a large order that took forever. I think they could’ve told the longer wait time customer to pull to the side like how McDonald does. I got home, both pieces of bread were from the end and one of them looked bitten by someone. Never go to this location again.
