It was our first visit. We were pleasantly surprised. The cocktails were great especially the basil mojito. We got a pizza margherita that was excellent. The rewards program is pretty good, free appetizer or salad and it was easy to sign up.

We were seated in a timely matter but our 2 pizzas took nearly 45 minutes. Our waitress was MIA during that time as well. The staff indicated they had the right of way in the aisles as I took my young daughter to the bathroom - nearly mowing her down. Pizza was good but required a substantial amount of chewing. We will not be returning due to apathetic staff. Also, the table next to us sent a pizza back and the manager argued with them for several minutes to tell them why their complaint was invalid. Very unprofessional.

If you want to wait OVER TWO HOURS for pizza this is your place. I placed an online order and showed up only a minute or two before they said it would be ready just to wait more than another half an hour. The manager was extremely rude to my child until we explained we were customers who had waited long past our pickup time. No recovery, just “oh, well it’ll be done in like 10 minutes.” Spoiler alert wasn’t 10 more minutes, it was much longer. I love the pizza but the service was so bad here I won’t come back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else even try it. And somehow, I’m still waiting for my
