​❌ Zero Stars for Safety – Extremely Dangerous for Dairy Allergies ​If you or anyone in your family has a food allergy, do not eat here. ​We visited this Fazoli's location and had an incredibly frustrating and unsafe experience. Not only is the menu inherently not allergy-friendly, but the staff showed a complete lack of care regarding cross-contamination and basic food safety. ​I explicitly mentioned a severe dairy allergy, but the order still came out wrong. Best Italian food, portions, and customer service ever. The spaghetti and meatsauce, with meatballs, is to die for, and you get well enough food for leftovers! They also have the most delicious breadsticks I've ever had anywhere. The manager, Sami, is the nicest, sweetest, and most generous person. And, Dakota, is the most professional and caring employee, who really makes you have the most enjoyable experience, and makes sure you are very well taken care of while dining. They both have made this such a wonderful Sunday dinner for me. Thank you so very much! 🙂
