We visited this Fazoli's location and had an incredibly frustrating and unsafe experience. Not only is the menu inherently not allergy-friendly, but the staff showed a complete lack of care regarding cross-contamination and basic food safety. I explicitly mentioned a severe dairy allergy, but the order still came out wrong. When I brought it to their attention for the third time, the staff became visibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. They also have the most delicious breadsticks I've ever had anywhere. The manager, Sami, is the nicest, sweetest, and most generous person. And, Dakota, is the most professional and caring employee, who really makes you have the most enjoyable experience, and makes sure you are very well taken care of while dining. They both have made this such a wonderful Sunday dinner for me. Thank you so very much! 🙂
