This location has set a new standard for fast food service. A very low standard. I could have gotten served faster at the authentic Mexican restaurant across the street. You don't go for fast food because of the taste, you get fast food because of the convenience and price point. It took 25 minutes to get a chalupa, nacho bell grande, and seasoned fries. The drive through wasn't busy. There were 5 door washers waiting for their order. And there was 3 employees that came in to work. The place wasn't very busy, but the service was extremely slow.

I went in to just pick up an order and in the 15 minutes of me waiting, not a single person came up to give the other girls that were picking up their drinks along with a dine in order and the elderly lady from the dine in got fed up and grabbed her drinks herself (not a good idea at all but i understand why she did it) and one of the mangers ran up and grabbed her wrist very violently and pulled her back. which hurt her. i’m pretty sure that’s not allowed right?

Olivia and Ovionna (I may not be spelling this correctly) consistently greet customers with genuine warmth, even during the busiest rushes. I did a mobile order and was supposed to be reset at 5:20. I walked in and only 2 people were in the building eating. 4 people came in and ordered via kiosk and received their food before mine that was ordered 40 mins prior. I ended up leaving at 5:45 and ordered at 5:05. Once we did receive our food, my tacos were soggy and all broken and my wife's burrito was all smashed and inedible. Extremely do not reccomend
