If I could do a zero I would!!!! I straight up asked dude at cashier on 2/20/26 @ 4:25pm if my shake was a Matcha shake and he straight up said yes I told him are you sure because they not like that at the other jack in the box and he straight up said yes again!!! I don’t believe this is ok at all I will not be going back to this one and I die in the heck will tell everyone else too on tik tok!!! Not green at all! The young kid should not be working there I wish I would got his name!

Damn.. Jack has really fallen off. Used to be they didn’t make it till you ordered it. Now I Order online and get there before the time. I get cold fries, cold tacos and paid extra for the large milkshake. And they don’t fill it.. man. I’m going to In and Out next time. I know it’s gonna be fresh.

Employees ask you to reverse in the drive thru just to make their metrics look better. Has happened across multiple visits. Whatever metrics the management thinks happen for drive thru is not the case, it’s super slow :(
