Last week, I finally made it over to Dick’s Cafe with a few of my colleagues for brunch, and it reminded me why this place is such a Las Cruces staple. We were looking for something laid-back and authentic, and Dick’s delivered exactly that old-school diner energy we needed to kick off the workday. Stopped by here on a trip from Albuquerque...... Amazing burger cooked how I like it. THE TATER TOTS!!!!! Best I've ever had. Cooked perfect. Crunchy outside soft middle. Would definitely recommend. Service was great and the atmosphere is poppin! If I'm ever back in Cruces I'll be stoppin by.
