I do not like having to leave bad reviews, but something needs to be said. This is now the second time my order has been incomplete from this location, and it’s not a small mistake. A few weeks ago, I stopped by around 2 PM when I was the only customer in the restaurant. I ordered two meals and a waffle. Before I even left the parking lot, I noticed the bag felt light. Sure enough, items were missing. I went back in, and the cook pointed out the food was sitting there the whole time. The employee who handed me my order clearly wasn’t paying attention. I let it go. I had one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life at this Waffle House Our party of 8 was completely ignored by two women servers for approximately 45 minutes. During that entire time, no one came to take our order, check on us, or even acknowledge that we were waiting. The only person who finally stepped up was the cook, who wasn’t even supposed to be taking orders.
