I mean three months ago the burgers were warm when we would go for a late night grub. But on two separate occasions already they forgot something. This time my burgers were cold and you can see the bread was not usually how they make em it was cold and stale . It was very flat also almost like a sandwich imagine eating a bologna and cheese sandwich lol but either than that the customer service was good. Food not so much. 🤷🏻‍♀️😏

The girl, the drive-through was very sweet and very kind and the guy who took my order was also very nice, but the attention told when it comes to making sure that every order is correct fails. I ordered double cheeseburger and hot spicy wings and was given two burgers instead. Not sure how complicated it is to confuse a burger and wings, but that’s exactly what happened and maybe it was just attention in detail when it comes to drive-through orders but again the girl at the window was very sweet and overall the food was good, but attention to detail is key

Went during the epic ice storm. Glad they where open but dont understand why inside was closed there where plenty help inside. Sat in drive thru for 1 hour and 14 minutes. Food was cold both burgers where wrong fries where just as cold as cold as the cheese on the burgers. Lol the /family. Owned locations in mesquite gave become a joke. Wow do better
