I usually never have any issues when ordering from here. My food is normally delivered within 15-20 of ordering. Unfortunately I decided to order THEIR seasoned and boy was the heat on those too spicy for my kids who are 6. I called and asked if they could send a plain replacement and was told I'd have to pick it up. Smh, Sir if I had the means to pick it up I would've never ordered for delivery I. The first place. I'm mostly upset because this is part of my kids' dinner and I'm a generous tipper 😆.

The food is great here. Pizza is delicious. Their pastas are amazing. I’m giving them 3 stars because the service was not great. Otherwise they would definitely be a 4 star all the way because their pizza and sandwiches are great. We usually order because we are around the corner. But yesterday we ordered clam chowder and steak chili. 1) they send us potatoe chowder instead of clam chowder. 2) both potatoe and chili were cold. I was a regular customer over 5 years ago. The food was always good. The service could be better. I moved away but recently moved back to the area. Decided to try it again. The service is terrible. The young man behind the counter just stared at me, very seriously. Like I did something to him. Never welcomed me or anything. Never asked me what I wanted. Just stared in space. As I placed my order, he never once changed his expression. Never said thank you or acknowledge anything. Very rude and poor business practice. I hadn’t been here in 7 years and completely forgot how amazing the pizzas are definitely a 5/5! They even went above and beyond by adding corn, which wasn’t listed as an option on the app. Great service and delicious food!
