TT B★★★I usually never have any issues when ordering from here. My food is normally delivered within 15-20 of ordering. Unfortunately I decided to order THEIR seasoned and boy was the heat on those too spicy for my kids who are 6. I called and asked if they could send a plain replacement and was told I'd have to pick it up. Smh, Sir if I had the means to pick it up I would've never ordered for delivery I. The first place. I'm mostly upset because this is part of my kids' dinner and I'm a generous tipper 😆.

The service is terrible. The young man behind the counter just stared at me, very seriously. Like I did something to him. Never welcomed me or anything. Never asked me what I wanted. Just stared in space. As I placed my order, he never once changed his expression. Never said thank you or acknowledge anything. Very rude and poor business practice.
