Not impressed. I get the same thing each day from various taco bell locations and this one was severely not up to par. I had them remake my item and they barely put any food In the tortilla. All I asked for was a loaded griller with no sour cream and light cheese. This was horrible and the older gentleman making the food had an attitude. Do better. This was a very poor experience

Antonio M at the drive thru is excellent. Greeted me in speaker, checked a price, at window he was very friendly! The order right and tasty! This was a WOW experience! No I don’t know Antonio or any of employees. He deserves a holiday bonus and or raise! I seldom find this service in eating out!

Today about 7:20 pm I went by to get my son only Nacho’s fries, while waiting my son needed the rest room, asked the employee for the code and he said it’s occupied, we said ok we can wait, he asked are you sure? I was wondering what’s wrong with him but when I saw the restroom I knew why, it was a disaster, Im not sure if I can attach pics but I have them, we trashed the fries because we can’t trust the cleanliness of the place, I still feel so bad when I remember 🤮

The staff put together my order very poorly #1 - they put my burrito on top of my crunchy tacos which made them break #2- there was a hair in my food #3 - they did not put any hot sauce in my bag even though it was on my order receipt Very disappointing and a waste of money. I tried calling the store multiple times and no answer.
