We received our order after a 20-minute wait. My burger and fries were at room temperature. I returned them only to receive the wrong burger after another 10-minute wait.At what point did McDonald give up on customer service in favor of poor quality?

Honestly ridiculous. The fries and nuggets were cold like they’d been sitting out forever, and they didn’t include a single sauce we asked for. No straws either. We tried calling to fix it, and of course no one answered. We paid for fresh food and basic service, and got neither. Completely unacceptable—do better. One star.

First off. If somebody says thank you. The response isn’t to say “yeah” and close the window. Second I should be able to go to a place like McDonald’s and not hear at the drive through. Sorry no habla. And have the person go get someone who speaks English while trying to explain to that person how my food is screwerd up. Took them 20 minutes to make a 10 piece and 2 chicken wraps. Had to ask the lady after sitter there for 15 min how much longer and all I got was a “idk” I’m sorry if you don’t like your job. I didn’t put you there.

If i could leave 0 stars i would i went through the drive thru today approximately 515 PM asked the girl for honey she gives me honey mustard and when she came back I told her Im sorry i wanted the sweet honey and she rolled her eyes and slammed the window when she came back I told her sorry of i upset her but with her job position it is rude to roll her eyes and guess what she laighed rolled them again slammed the window even harder. I get it help is hard to find but jeez it was only honey
