This was hands down the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. The chicken tasted like it was fried in month old burnt grease. Heavy, stale, and disgusting. It was completely inedible and nothing like the quality Chick-fil-A is known for. On top of that, the service was unbelievably slow. The employees moved with zero urgency, acted like they had nowhere to be, and showed no concern for how long customers were waiting. Went through the drive through & paid cash & the lady taking our money apparently couldn't count the cash & told us we were short 6 dollars, we all laughed about it & we gave her the 6 dollars & the 35 cents that I also owed & then she said we still owed her 4 dollars & 36 cents & I was like wait a minute I just gave you 35 cents because no one does Penny's anymore & my husband gives her 4 more dollars & then she comes back after I try to give her the penny & she said she made a mistake but doesn't give us our 4 dollars back but let's us keep the penny. Then she tries to give us someone else's

There was an (uncomfortable) customer there this evening that was yelling and cussing at thier 2 year old child while charging their phone. The child caused a little bit of havoc in the play area and the staff remained very courteous and friendly! Our experience was amazing! The food was just as ordered and the service was great! Keep being great!

The slowest or slow! Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a 12 piece nugget… got told they were still working on my order and to pull up… 5 vehicles behind me got their food before me. What in the world? I didn’t order anything special, off menu, or even grilled. From entering the drive thru (ordered on the app) to getting my food it took 30min. What happened to fast food? What happened to Chick-fil-A being efficient? Insane.
