I am writing to share an experience I had at your Millbrae location (401 Broadway, Millbrae, CA) on Sunday, April 12 at around 12:15 PM. I have been a regular customer at this location for six years and have always had positive interactions with staff, which is why this experience was disappointing. I placed my order, paid, and waited by the coffee bar. The barista, Victoria, was preparing drinks but had to remake them. After waiting for seven minutes, I asked if someone could assist with making my drink. Victoria responded, “She can wait.” I explained that I had been waiting and was concern

Our Millbrae downtown has many coffee shops, and I don't drink coffee. But if I have to, Peet's coffee is my choice. This coffee shop offers very friendly service, and we love its location, next to an oversized parking lot. We parked our car, had a coffee, and then walked to the farmer's market for our weekly produce and bread. Their coffee is very fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.

I tried the oat milk cold brew latte, honestly, I wasn’t able to taste any coffee. I would not buy again for almost $6. This store itself is very busy and is a little messy. Specifically, they just sweep the trash/dirt to hide them underneath their table for sugar/milk. The restroom could be cleaner. The store is run by very young staffs, and they seem to be very busy chatting among themselves.
