I've been coming to this McDonald's for years. Only in the last 6 months have things been going downhill, wrong orders, missing orders, left unattended at counter and drive-thru. I don't come to McDonald's for a 5 star meal. I come for quick friendly service when I'm on the go. Today, I placed an order on the app and went through the drive-thru to pick it. Upon getting to the drive-thru, I waited for close to 3 minutes just to have someone take my order, instantly with attitude like me being in the drive-thru was ruining her day, having to remind her to ask if I was using the mobile app code.

I ordered a L Mocha Frappe, a Big Mac, and a Deluxe Mc Crispy online at McDonald's, but they gave me two Big Macs instead. I'm so pissed off.I order here all the time, and this is the first time they got me the wrong thing - I'm really pissed off

I ordered the new big arch burger and they literally cooked the meat with PAPER on it so when I bit into my food I ended up also biting into the paper that was cooked in my burger. Thats pretty bad honestly.

Odd way of taking orders/not usual order process. Seemed staff were out of sorts or unfamiliar/new. Took too long. When I did get my food the fries were great, very hot. The nuggets were cold though. People were in their parking lot and drive through area with cardboard signs asking for money, and approaching drive through vehicles - was very uncomfortable. Especially because I was waiting for so long there.
