I’m so tired of every chipotle I order from as pick up order. Including this one , having my food thrown together and when they are low on a food item they just give you what is left over. I called for a refund and had to wait 30 minutes on the phone to someone in a different country for them to finally tell me 30 minutes later that they won’t refund me because I got some of my food but not what I ordered. I was missing 90% of the rice and all other items were small. I asked for light beans and they gave extra. I took a picture and everything. Sent it to them and they still wouldn’t refund bec

This was, without a doubt, the WORST dining experience I’ve ever had. How does a place like Chipotle, whose entire reputation is built on basic toppings and flavors, run out of GUAC, CHEESE, and TOMATOES? Are you kidding me? What did I even pay for? The chicken was so bland it might as well have been boiled in tap water. The corn? No flavor whatsoever. And the queso—don’t even get me started. It was a disgrace to queso everywhere. I go to Chipotle pretty often, so I know what good service looks like—and this experience definitely missed the mark. The employee starting my burrito was skimpy with portions and came off as rude. He was also wearing his hat sideways, which didn’t feel very professional, but that’s beside the point. When we got to the register, the cashier rang us up and then walked away before completing the transaction. While she was gone, I scanned my rewards like I always do before payment.
