We love coming to this location of steak ‘n Shake. It is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and kind. I feel it is one of the best locations in the Orlando area. The food is always fresh and delicious. Restaurant is extremely neat and clean and the staff is very kind.

I was a little worried to try Steak ‘n Shake because of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised! Came to eat with husband and daughters and we all had a great meal! The burgers were delicious and fresh. The fries were super good!! I LOVE that they have cheese sauce!! And the shakes were sooo good! And most important, service was EXCELLENT!! All the staff was very friendly and super helpful! We will definitely be adding this to our lunch spots!!!

Went there for lunch today. First off it's just not as personable as it used to be . I hate that you now have to use a kiosk to order...no more waitresses. The food sucked. The hamburger that my friend ordered was too salty and the bun want toasted. The grilled onions was very small. My chicken tenders were smaller than my finger and hard and tough. The onion rings were ok. Don't think we will ever be back again. So sad because I grew up going there.
