This was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. We dined in, and there wasn't a single other customer in the store, which should have been our first clue. Despite being completely empty, the staff couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us when we walked in. No greeting, no welcome—nothing. We felt like we were interrupting their day simply by walking through the door. The employees appeared completely uninterested in their jobs. Taking our order seemed like a chore, and the overall attitude was one of total indifference. After placing our order, nobody ever called

I love this place. The service is great and the food is even better. It's so delicious and the pizza never failed me. The ingredients taste so authentic when I order a large all meats or pepperoni. I usually order for delivery or pickup but my food is always hot and ready. I like how they offer discounts when possible. I recommend Marco's if you want really good pizza. I love this place 1000%!!!

Used to come here all the time and loved this place, but the minimal toppings is getting out of hand. The crust is now literally most of the pizza. Will wait a while to see if it’s gotten better.

Ordered delivery and they forgot to deliver my 4 pack of drinks. I immediately called and Katherine answered. I told her my issue and she acted like I ruined her day. Gave zero solutions unless I mentioned it. Terrible customer service. I also thanked her for issuing my refund only to be ignored and hung up on. The second time I’ve had issues with missing items with this place and had even more issues with the rude employees there. Definitely won’t be ordering here again… too many pizza spots to order from in Mint Hill so I suggest you avoid this one.
