This place is utterly horrible. I ordered online and called immediately to specify that I wanted my wings well done. The delivery took longer than promised, and upon receipt, I found the food to be very distasteful. I had ordered extra cheese, but it was extremely dry—literally. Keep in mind, I paid for the handmade pizza. I called the store back immediately to express my concerns and requested a refund. The employee said they would make new wings, but I declined, saying I was no longer interested in their service. He placed me on hold and never returned to the call. I hung up, and they stoppe

The pizza was ok but the sauce sucks! The oven baked philly cheesesteak sandwich was disgusting and a pure disgrace to even be called anything to do with a philly cheesesteak because it was no where near that. I wouldn't even give this to my dog to eat. I get it's only $6.99 but how up serving some real quality ingredients and food for your customers. This is why I'm not a fan of pizza chains very underwhelming. I'll stick to ordering from my local family owned pizza shops!!

My pizza was supposed to be ready for 4. Got there 10 til it wasn't even started yet. Employee hurry up made it put it in the oven and 20 mins later I had to ask for it. Pizza is over cooked and dry. Probably won't go to them again. Also was suppose to be half toppings but it was 5 pieces and 3 pieces. Not even.

The New York Style and Thin Crust! Both arrived late. The NY style was dry and what little sauce on it, didn't taste like pizza sauce. I took one bite and threw it away. It's pointless to take a bite of the Thin Crust, I'm sure it tastes just as awful! Never again! These pizzas taste like they were made by someone who put no effort into them.
