My last 3 times at this location I have ordered a Cali XL burger. I’m not sure if the workers that work here know how to make it, or there’s a disconnect somewhere, but what I have gotten each time has been less than satisfactory. I have included a photo of what I ordered vs what I got. What I ordered was supposed to be made with love, but what I got was made with hate.

Went to the Carls Jr in Moore off 19th street tonight and was impressed. The guys named Riley and a guy in a manager Edmond shirt along with another male in the back were working and I was greeted immediately over the drive thru speaker, they were pleasant and fast. The last three times I’ve been there I have had issues with sitting at the drive thru longer than 8 minutes with no answer-every time, attitude from employees that do not seem to care-even one lady who I’m assuming was higher up cause she was training two people (she spoke rudely not only to me but to the two young men she was tra
