My husband and I used to eat here at least once a month before they changed locations. I dont know what has happened, but the food quality has really dropped. We went last night around 7pm. The girl who took our order was nice and gave good service. I got soup and 1/2 sandwich. The broccoli cheese soup was barely warm and the flavor seemed off. The sandwich was the original. It was ok. My husband got a sandwich that he said was ok. The inside is really cramped and small. I don't understand the reason for building a new location for it to be worse?? I may give another chance another

Schlotzkys never fails to disappoint me on when it comes to their food. But i want to add that this particular store could use a small bust in customer service energy. I was not greeted when I came in. The lady just put down her rag and walked to the register. She didn't ask what I wanted, just waited for me to tell her. She wasn't rude by any means, she may didn't come across as friendly. As for the atmosphere, the dining area was clean but incredibly cramped. Lots of seating in a small space. If they had a busy rush, I hope half their orders are to go. Otherwise their the customers are goi

The past few orders this month all the sourdough bread has been super hard almost old. Our sweet teas have nothing but sugar at the bottom of the cups, like they didn’t have sweet tea on hand so they “tried” to mix sugar in cold tea! Kinda disappointing
