This restaurant brings out what all Ecuadorians look forward to reconnect with our country from a far. Definitely need to return and try more dishes.

It’s always been a toss up between Ecuador and Peru for the best South American food for me and I’m happy I found this place. A lot of the food requires a very lengthy preparation and I’m honestly too lazy for it. El Guayas has not taken any short cuts with the authentic recipes.
