There was a bug in my taco. First they got my order wrong! When I came through the drive the second time to get the right order. The woman on the headset had an attitude. When I finally got my right order I opened the taco to find a bug in it. Came back for the third time on my lunch to get a refund and told the assistant store manager with the red hair my experience and she was nonchalant and confirmed she saw the bug in my taco. Edit: In January things are looking up! Drive thru is more efficient and missing items are less often missing. Keeping the info below until they're back at a full 5 stars 🤞🏼 -- About a month ago this place went downhill, fast. It went from the best Taco Bell to one of the worst overnight, with missing items in the order, over 30 minute wait times and staff yelling at each other in the back. It's a shame to see one of our favorite places for lunch or dinner become one of the most inconvenient fast food spots in Mount Juliet. I’m not one to even leave reviews in general, but the past two times i’ve visited this location they’ve gotten my order COMPLETELY wrong. Fast food isn’t cheap anymore so I expect when I put in an order they’d at least give me the correct items. Maybe i’ve just been unlucky the past two times but I don’t think i’ll chance it again.

What a hole. The grill staff seemed to have it together, but the rest of the kids with no supervision ruined it. We waited almost 20 min for our food. They forgot our drinks, then, after waiting another 5 for anyone to acknowledge me (I had to step to almost behind the counter to get someone's attention), they informed me they were out of one of them. As we watched the little girls behind the counter play and fall on the floor, never changing gloves after, my appetite was nearly ruined, and we were still waiting for them to ask us what other drink we'd like to replace the one they were out of.
