Went to Chick-fil-A this morning to order breakfast like I do almost every morning. Today I decided I want waffle fries. The manager explained to me that they have never done that. I explained to her that it has been done for me many times, but I’ve lived in Mount Pleasant my whole life. She said that she’s not allowed to. I explained to her online it says that you guys do and I also explained to her that that request has been honored Many times before. She wasn’t concerned about customer satisfaction. Service inside is terrible. It seems everyone has one specific role and wont do anything even if they have nothing to do. One person bags the food and just leaves it on counter until someone finds the time to go hand them out while they just stack up on the shelf. They make the bags but never the drinks. Literally saw one lady go to pick up a meal and they looked at the bag and said "one second just waiting on the drink" and just walked away, didnt go get her the drink just went on to do something else. 3 more employees over 15 minutes came up and said the same thing "just waiting on drink" bu
