They forgot one of my items, and when I called to request a refund, I was told they couldn’t process it over the phone and that I’d have to come back in person. Very inconvenient considering it was their mistake. Then, while eating one of the items I did receive, I pulled out a piece of lettuce with a black hair tangled in it. Completely unacceptable and extremely unsanitary. I will not be returning to this location and will be contacting corporate to request a refund and report this issue.

this was probably one of the worst service experiences I have had in my entire life. My friend and I ordered online and waited about an hour in the restaurant for our food. There were probably 20 other people in there waiting as well and during the time we were sitting there, they produced maybe two orders. I wanted to start a revolt in the restaurant. The manager was extremely unhelpful. I feel like I lost years off of my life waiting.

They were playing soul for real, "every little thing I do". On repeat. And I must say. I wasnt on their mind. The customer. They gave me beef tacos and chicken nuggets i didn't ask for. All the sodas did not even have syrup in them and cherry Pepsi was diet Pepsi somehow. There wasnt any soap in the mens restroom. There were sticky tables no matter which one i sat at. I ordered cantina crispy tacos and the cheese was horribly burnt to the point there was no moisture in the cheese and it was tough to chew. Everything i had was dry and was only bearable with sauces that were already prepackaged.

Absolute garbage. Ordered a $6 grilled cheese burrito that wasn't half of what it normally is. Then the staff acts like I'm inconveniencing them by asking for the slushy I ordered. Don't go there. Some taco bells are good, like the one by the IOP connector. Should have went there...fire everyone and start new on Coleman blvd.
