I placed an order for pickup on the McDonald's app and when I arrived at the store, the door was closed and the workers were sweeping the floors. I knocked on the door until someone finally came to it, asked about my order, and they told me I needed to cancel it on the app and that they did not have anymore food, despite the sign on their door saying they were opened and despite it still being within opening hours. I was unable to cancel the order since it said the restaurant had started "preparing my food," so they just stole my money. I don't understand why they would close the store when i

What happened to this place? They blocked off the bathrooms okay in case a homeless o a migrant has to use it? Buy they are just sitting in the dining room taking up space and the tables are not clean the floor has not been swept and the cashier has th freaking nerve to have an attitude . This is not McDonald's anymore.

I ordered the jets meal Which comes with two cheeseburgers 20 piece nugget two fries when I got home and open the box I saw it one cheeseburger two fries and the 20 nuggets. I didn’t see the second burger until I saw a chicken nugget box a four piece nugget box and only a slice of cheese and ketchup.
